Coffee bean history
Since the early history of Egyptians, coffee has been an indispensable beverage for most people. The very first bean preparation was to roast on an open fire and adding boiling water, creating a crude version of the beverage we enjoy today. Ferment and wine making are no new concept, it will be easy be to make connection between coffee bean and grapes trade. They looked similar on the plant; they looked exactly same when smashed, and they reacted the same result when the same process is done to them.
Coffee machine history The first espresso maker can be dated back in Milan, Italy in 1901, by Italian manufacturing company owner, Luigi Bezzera. He was trying to find a way to help his employee’s breaks speed up, reducing the time needed to brew. He find out that if pressure is applied in to the brewing process, the time would take lesser than normal, nicknamed “The fast coffee machine”; the very first espresso machine was sold in 1905 to Desidero Pavoni. There were some disadvantages to Bezzera’s original design. Espresso has accidently a burnt taste that was caused by boiling water and steam being forced through the coffee bean during the process. This changed when in 1938 Cremonesi develop a piston pump system that forced hot water which we can allowed through the coffee. This system was first launched at Achille Gaggia's coffee bar but World War II stoped its further development at that time. In 1946 Gaggia begins manufacturing a commercial piston machine. The resulting coffee had a layer of foam on top, also known as, "crema."

Faema Coffee machine
Faema launches a pump-based machine. Instead of a hand-operated piston, the water is forced through the coffee by an electric pump. Water is taken from the fresh water sources and went through the tube that is already through boiler and then through the coffee. This allows the water be at optimal temperature much more easily. All modern commercial machines are essentially following this design. From then, the espresso machine has been made by various name brands company. These companies offered different features, styles and prices.
