Since the 2008 china Olympics is getting closer. The Chinese government had started to try to make their country looks more attractive to the entire tourist and the athletes from all over the world. And one thing the China government had order to do is to kill stray dog as much as they can, and now they had killed around 50,000 dogs. Cause the Chinese government wouldn’t stop doing it, those people and organization that love dogs had took pictures or video tape the cruel action of the china government on to the internet and try to call out to the world to accuse the Chinese government even resist the 2008 china Olympics. A Germany association about stray animals had started a sing up thing around the world, to tell the Chinese government most use humanity and advance gradually way to solve the stray dog problem, but the Chinese government still doing whatever they want. The Chinese government thinks that stray dogs make their city looks dirty or whatever, so they give the order to kill them all in any way, they want them all gone on the street. Some local unit had their people each have a metal pole in their hands and look for dogs every where on the streets, once they saw one they chase it and beat it to death, both house dogs and stray dogs. They kill it if there are no one next to them. Some units are even worse, they invent a long metal hook to hook them and chock them, and some of them were chock to death before the metal pole comes up. The be-jing government digs some huge hole out side the city to bury them either dead or alive. Those people who cares about dogs in be-jing try to stop them killing those dogs, they fight with them and they protest, to hope the government to stop killing dogs in this cruel way but the government just wouldn’t listen. And not just killing dogs, because the Chinese government want to make their city looks “green” they spray paint their dry grass green. I think the problems on stray dogs started with people’s incorrect a bended and breed, dogs are indecent, must do it step by step ways and have more humanity about it.
Every country have their own way on dealing with stray dogs, and Germany had done the best out of the whole world.
To control the number and the source of the dogs, the “dog farm” must have a legal license, and only can have a certain amount of dogs to be reproduce, the dog popularity and the human popularity should be direct proportion. And all the dogs will be insert with computer chip, if the authority found a dog wander around they can find the owner straighter away, first they give a warning and the second time they will be penalize with almost 30000 in Australia dollar, and they even have animal police in Germany that do everything that protects animals, they will check with the owner of the dogs every once a while so they can have control on the number of the dogs.
