Mod Mania is a course that runs as part of the Design Studies stream at RMIT Industrial Design. Mod Mania is a practical and theoretical investigation of modding. Members of the class are required to identify an existing modding community or practice and undertake a modding project in relation to that community/practice.
This site acts as an online meeting place for students and provides a public presence for the various modding projects. The site is based on MediaWiki, the free software wiki package originaly written for Wikipedia. The defult skin for this site is an adaptation of the Cavendish skin used by the mozilla wiki. The skin is available for downloaded from the Mod Mania Skin page.
Mod Mania is run by Scott Mitchell.
