fish-time is the work of collaborative art group Open Spatial Workshop (OSW). In 2003 OSW consisted of Scott Mitchell, Bianca Hester, Terri Bird, and Natasha Johns-Messenger.
fish-time investigated temporal qualities of space through the use of super-8, time-lapse video and delayed closed-circuit footage. It was exhibited at CLUBSproject Inc., Fitzroy.
