I think I just found the solution to what happens when the sunlight reaches the end of its path.

Solar hot air balloons.

I’ve been looking at these online but hadn’t got around to making one – I’m so glad I just did. They are beautiful.

Tetroons are not efficient solar shape as the corners are much heavier than the warm air they contain can lift. So cut them off.I have a solar powered hot air craft that can carry a person and navigate ( in moderate wind) back to take off point. Dump hot air to descend refill while still aloft . even hover using the warm air to compensate for wind movement. All untethered!.I thought I invented solar hot air ballooning till I discovered NASA fooled w it in the seventies. Even now I can’t find another solar hot air vehicle w the capabilities I developed.
